- Plates, cutlery, and glassware are provided in the room
- Pets are not permitted in The Banquet (roof terrace is fine for pets)
- Bookings run from 9am to 11pm, though events have continued past midnight

A dedicated grooming facility for keeping your pets clean. Accessible via fob (you need to let the team know you’ll be using it).
Guest policy
- Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times
- You are responsible for your guests’ behaviour and any damage they cause
- The management team may restrict guest numbers if areas become overcrowded
- Inform the team in advance if any guest would need assistance in an evacuation
Rules
- All spaces are shared equally — don’t monopolise any area
- No smoking or vaping in any communal space
- No cooking or BBQs on any terrace or balcony in the building
- Don’t leave items in hallways or common parts — they will be removed
- Use all spaces with care and respect for other residents
